What was the highlight of The Westin Seoul Parnas
Wonderful
Perfect for Coex conference (but far from any historical attractions - it takes at least 45 mins by underground to get to the centre of the city). Also easy underground access to Coex mall (going straight on right next to the breakfast room). Room was spacious, with all neccessary amenities. Coffee and toiletries were replenished regularly. Breakfast buffet huge, with a lot of choice. We had to queue for it on occassion, but never longer than a few minutes. Reception staff was helpful when my wife lost her keycard or we needed some changes on the final invoice.
On the second day of our stay, room service tried to enter around 8.30 am (!). We were jet-lagged and trying to get some sleep. Later I remembered to turn on the 'do not disturb' button on the wall, next to the door (which can be easily missed esp. in dim light, if you're not looking for it). Also room design is a bit old-school and could be refreshed.

The concierge team's warm and friendly welcome set the tone for my stay, and the staff's service was nothing short of extraordinary, with their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction. To top it off, the dedicated room service was always just a call away, making my stay even more convenient and enjoyable. This hotel deserves the highest praise, and I enthusiastically award it a well-deserved five-star rating for consistently delivering a perfect blend of comfort, culinary excellence, and impeccable service.
